Boris Pilichowski

Boris Pilichowski, CFA, is a Strategic Advisor at HealthTech180 with a powerful combination of investment expertise and operational leadership. An engineer by training from the École des Mines de Paris, Boris began his career in capital markets at top-tier investment banks, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Deutsche Bank, where he specialized in principal investment and macro-investing.

Transitioning from the investment side to operational leadership, Boris served as the co-CEO of Karhoo in 2017. Under his guidance, the multimodal mobility marketplace scaled rapidly to 250 employees across 20 countries. His leadership culminated in the successful acquisition of the company by the Renault Groupe in 2022, where it became a cornerstone of their mobility division.

Today, Boris utilizes his background as a banker, investor, and tech entrepreneur to help young companies scale their operations and secure the capital necessary for sustainable development.
